Woman 1: No kidding!
Man: Meanwhile, I met a guy online who's a real estate developer in Fort Bragg and owns two houses. He sounds really great.
Woman 1: Why couldn't I have just been born a gay man?
Man: A gay man without a gag reflex. It helps.
